7th Chakra Crown: Sanskrit/Tantra name: Sahasrara which means "Thousandfold". Location: they range from the very top of the head to one foot above the head, usually about 4 fingers above.
Associated colour: Violet, White and Clear.

Can be experienced as a pressure on the top of the head.

Areas to use Violet: places of worship, pale violet in bedrooms. 6th Chakra Third Eye or Brow: Sanskrit/Tantra name: Anja which means "to perceive". Location: forehead between the eyes. Associated Colour: Indigo and Purple.
Is a physical eye at the base of the brain with the capabilities of looking upward.
Blockage can manifest as nightmares, headaches, lack of concentration and underachieving intellectually. When the Third Eye Chakra is balanced it aids our psychic perception, imagination, intellect/wisdom and dreaming.

3rd Chakra Solar Plexis: Sanskrit/Tantra name: Manipura which means "Lustrous gem". Location: the base of the sternum, upper abdomen. Associated colour: Yellow. Self-worth, self-confidence, self-esteem; seat of Emotions. Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization. When the Solar Plexis Chakra is balanced it aids will power, our ability to be confident and in-control of our lives.
