Do you enjoy crafts or would you like to discover your crafter within?  Do you have a skill you are proud of, would like to learn or one that you teach others?  To celebrate the "Skill Challenge" and crafts, we have launched the "RAK ATC Craft Challenge".

We would like to invite you to join in with the RAK ATC Craft Challenge . . .

To encourage new and would be crafters, as well as to celebrate the "Skill Challenge", we have launched the RAK ATC Craft Challenge, so that people be proud of their "mini works of art", these will be displayed on a sari, which can be worn and wall mounted.  The sari will be featured on our website and in craft magazines.

Sue's RAK ATC titled "Pretty Little Angel" is such an inspiration, it will be the "Project of the Season"

For those of you who have not yet discovered ATCs, they must be 2 ½" x 3 ½" (64mm x 89mm) in size and must not be sold.  ATCs are a perfect way to "showcase" and share your talents with fellow crafters, some might say an "Artistic Business Card".   ATCs can be given as a random act of kindness (RAK), which means you can give/send an ATC, without trading. The front of the ATC is where you can add your personal touch, there are some fabulous ATC galleries on various websites, why not take a look at  our Gallery for ATC ideas and inspiration.

There are no restrictions of what materials may be used, leaving endless possibilities.

1st RAK ATC using atc interchangeable stamps
On the back of the RAK ATC the artist adds part or all of the following information: Artist (name), contact information, title of the ATC, date and any other information you would like to add. We would love to see the different areas which the ATCs are sent from, so why not add your city/country to the back of the RAK ATC.

Please send your RAK ATCs to:  Kirsten Lapping Designs, RAK ATC Craft Challenge, NE BIC, Sunderland Enterprise Park East, Wearfield, Tyne & Wear. SR5 2TA

We are really looking forward to receiving all RAK ATCs, this is a great way to show off your craft skills, whatever stage of your crafting journey you are at. We are not setting a theme, however, we would love to see some showing a skill you are proud of, would like to do or that you teach others. The Sari is a shade of purple, so we are looking to receive RAK ATCs which have a shade of purple on the front of them.

If you would like to chat with others who like or are discovering ATCs then please chat on our Crafter's Fairy Forum or join the RAK ATC Craft Challenge Facebook group.

If you would like specially designed interchangeable ATC & Mini Magic stamps or ATC cards, then why not visit our Acrylic Stamps page and Card & Essentials page.  Please email enquiries@kirstenlappingdesigns.com if you have any further queries.
